Was passiert, wenn man eine Transformation einer Organisation zu einer agilen Organisation mit einer Reise nach Uganda vergleicht?

In der Session wollen wir besprechen, welche wilden Tiere, kulturellen Unterschiede und auch Erkenntnisse einem begegnen, wenn man in eine fremde, neue (agile) Kultur eintaucht. Was ist schon bei der Planung eines solchen Abenteuers wichtig? Z.B. Welches Budget haben wir? Wer wird uns begleiten? Wann fliegen wir los? Was müssen wir mitnehmen? Wer muss über unseren Plan informiert werden?...

Angela wird ihre Reflexionsgedanken zum Thema teilen und bildlich mit ihren Erlebnissen in Uganda vorstellen. Der Vortrag soll dazu dienen, eigene private Erlebnisse zu reflektieren, um berufliche Situationen, aber auch Perspektiven anderer besser zu greifen.

What is the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP)?

The YEP Program is an activity to promote young talents in project management, which is about to start in 2023 within the Diversity Initiative of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V.

The Program is intended for all young talents interested in project management, whether you need to kickstart your PM career or needs support along the way.

What does the program offer?

The goal of the program is to support young talents in their development in project management careers to empower them to embrace and drive change and climb the corporate ladder.

The program aims to increase the participants’ networking, share of knowledge, exchange of experiences, support in climbing the career ladder and in continuous learning and improvement.

Furthermore, you have the opportunity to be acquainted with PMI and PMI Germany Chapter e.V., the various initiatives, certifications and exciting volunteering opportunities.

How is the YEP Program organized?

The program takes place online and consists of joint virtual meetings and workshops, self-reflection, and exchange in small groups. The program continues over various months, to support the reflection, the exchange and the best practice of the discussed topics.

You could be a graduate or a young professional, we look forward to get to know you!
