Give effective presentations
The Local Group Berlin / Brandenburg invites you
to a journey with the ramp peacock (Dr. Thomas A. Coucoulis), to give impressive and sustainable presentations and to use rhetorical means to communicate the goal of the project to all stakeholders.
As a project manager, you have many tasks. One task is certainly the presentation of your projects.
But how do you present them in a lively and effective way?
Effective presentation is one of the core skills of every project manager. Your customers, stakeholders and your team need to understand quickly and clearly what you are talking about. The most important questions you should ask yourself are:
✅ How do I make sure that everyone understands what it is about and what the aim of my presentation is?
✅ How do I convey even fact- and data-heavy topics in such a way that everyone listens attentively?
✅ What tools can I use to make the presentation appealing and encourage active participation?
✅ How can I save time when preparing a presentation?
✅ How do I deal with resistance and conflicts that slow down progress?
✅ How do I work with all rhetorical tools (language and body language) to keep the presentation and the subsequent discussion as efficient as possible and save time?
Dr. Thomas A. Coucoulis is the “ramp peacock” and, as a coach and trainer, helps people in leadership positions to appear convincingly in front of their customers and employees - with effective rhetoric, confident body language and an authentic personality. As part of his doctoral thesis, he developed his own rhetoric system based on NLP, which is unique in German-speaking countries. He has also been on stage as a presenter and speaker for almost 25 years and has used this experience to develop a coaching program with which everyone can overcome their stage fright, appear confidently and communicate effectively.
