- Good relationships to and liasions with all volunteers of the Region East
- Documentation of all volunteering opportunities of Region East in VRMS and Volunteer Pipeline of the Chapter
- Maintaining information about the volunteers in the Germany Chapter Volunteer administration
- Processing of the relevant tickets in the support and workflow system of the PMI Germany Chapter
- Support and representation of the Region East in the Germany Chapter Member and Volunteering Circle
- More Details will be defined with the VP Region East and with the VP Members
Duties
- Searching volunteers and matching of those to open opportunities of the chapter in the Region East
- Collaboration with the PMI-GC VP Members
- liaises with Heads of Volunteering of other regions
- represents the needs and wishes of the regional and local volunteers
