Deliverables
- 1- 2 events of new types of events in our Local Groups all over Germany.
- Accompaniment of the innovation from the idea to "market readiness" and implementation in the chapter area
Duties
- Strong alignment with the responsible Head of Career Development
- Project management and occasionally team leadership in innovation projects: Being a mediator and supporter (facilitator) for the team, motivating and managing the project flow,
- Regular reporting and coordination with the project sponsor as well as the responsible head
- Project Management Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the successful development of the event types and testing of the respective events.
- Ensure flow of information between sponsor and team.
- Moderate team meetings.
- Support team
