At our meetings so far last year, it has become clear that our members would like to take a closer look at the PMBOK® Guide. At the next meeting, one of our participants will give a presentation on the topic of ‘Scope in the Performance Domains’ and show how these can be applied in projects in the life sciences sector.
Afterwards, we would like to initiate a discussion and exchange our own experiences and good practices.

The open dialogue in the early evening is moderated by Jörg Glunde, Vice President of Membership of PMI Germany Chapter e.V., possibly together with other volunteers from the PMI Germany Chapter.
