Nach langer Corona-Pause wollen wir mit Motivation und Elan den PMI Stammtisch der LG Konstanz am Dienstag, 19.07.2022 reaktivieren.

Dazu ist eine Bootsfahrt besonders passend, um insbesondere unser direktes Netzwerk aufzufrischen und weitere interessierte Personen am

Austauschüber Projektmanagement dazu zu gewinnen.

Es ist in den letzten 2 Jahre natürlich auch viel im Kontext PMI Germany passiert. Und um auf den Neuesten Stand zu kommen,

haben wir Werner Waldner (VP Region South) zum Stammtisch eingeladen.

ENGLISH ROUND TABLE LANGEN JULY 2022

Dear PM enthusiasts, members of PMI and friends,

Greetings and here's the invite to the next English Round Table for the project management professionals living in and around the city of Langen. With this event we intend to facilitate exchange between PMs, and we will talk about Agile Project Management in the Organization. As agile software development gains awareness and popularity in the software industry, it also continues to capture the interest of the research community. There are several topics within the agile software development area that demand deeper understanding and research. One such topic is 'Agile Project Management' which relates to the management of software projects that are developed using various agile frameworks such as Kanban, eXtreme Programming (XP) and Scrum. This meeting will allow you to discuss and outline the proposed research on agile project management. In particular we hope to explore the role of the project manager, the process and problems of transitioning into an agile framework, and the management of outsourced agile projects. Our volunteer team of the Germany Chapter will be available to facilitate the discussion.
