Risk management is the performance domain that strengthens a project’s resilience to changes and capitalizes on its opportunities. With a practical focus, the workshop guides participants through ITTOs (Inputs, Tools, Techniques, Outputs) that support project management in situations of varying complexity.
The workshop covers risk management processes as well as new research findings and best practices for the quantitative measurement of risk scores.

About the Tutor
