PM Real Talk: Visiting the engine room of the Hamburg Hochbahn electric bus project - followed by a visit to the bus depot!

In the PM Real Talk, we want to take a look at project management not from a bird's eye view, but from a frog's eye view. Instead of abstractly talking about methods, studies or best practices, we talk about the real life challenges of real projects and how they are handled by passionate project managers.

Uncertainty mapping brings clarity to the chaos. We will show you how to uncover, understand and visualize uncertainties in projects. This will save you time, reduce stress and strengthen your team.

We from the Community of Practice (CoP) Green Energy & Environment (GEE) would like to invite you to the kick-off.

Participation is free of charge for all PMI GC members.

We look forward to your presence and active participation.

We face new challenges in projects every day. With this CoP, we want to take a "deep dive" into a wide range of topics from the broad field of project management across all industries and develop new approaches to tackling these issues, as well as publish them in presentations and articles where appropriate.

In our 5th meeting, we want to get to know each other further and explore the topic of "Integrating Organizational Change Management into Project Management." in a deep dive.

We recently launched a new initiative in the CoP Life Sciences to work on current topics of great interest in three working groups: Project Management in Product Development, Agile and AI. In this event, each team will present its results.

Volunteer Orientation - Orientation for Volunteers, Short info about Volunteering in PMI Germany Chapter, about possibilities of engagement in the chapter: Chapter Ressorts, Circles, CoPs.

At this event, all members of the PMI Germany Chapter will have the opportunity to ask questions on topics of interest to them in connection with the community of the PMI Germany Chapter. The open dialog in the early evening will be facilitated by Jörg Glunde, Vice President Members of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V., and sometimes with our Head of Member Care Michael Krekeler as well as the Heads of Member Care of our Regions Jutta Zilian, Sladjana Tufegdzic, Bernd Töpfer, Eckhard Hauenherm, Heiko Stoldt und Knut Scheuer.
