At our meetings so far last year, it has become clear that our members would like to take a closer look at the PMBOK® Guide. At the next meeting, one of our participants will give a presentation on the topic of ‘Stakeholders in the Performance Domains’ and show how these can be applied in projects in the life sciences sector.
Afterwards, we would like to initiate a discussion and exchange our own experiences and good practices.

Online event LG Darmstadt: Communication-Driven AI Agents for Next-Generation Project Management

Communication-Driven AI Agents for Next-Generation Project Management

Project management runs on communication — yet most PM tools still focus on internal data instead of integrating the real project reality that lives in emails, meetings, and chats. This talk shows how fully integrated AI assistants inside PM tools can turn live communication into timelines, risks, and decisions in real time, while keeping humans in control of what becomes the committed plan. Using real-world examples and live automation demos, we explore how communication-driven AI enables a 10× increase in project manager productivity without removing accountability.

AI and Businessmap: From Chat Assistant to Coordination Partner

This Webinar will be held in German language. An English Version will be held on March 17th.

AI is everywhere - summarising your documents, drafting your emails, answering your questions. But here's the problem: it's usually all personal. One person, one prompt, one answer. Meanwhile, the coordination challenges that actually slow organisations down - aligning priorities across teams, keeping projects and BAU (business as usual) work flowing, making decisions on current data instead of last month's export - remain bottlenecked.

In this webinar, we open up our own setup and show you how we've connected AI directly to Businessmap - not as a chatbot on the side, but as a co-worker and sparring partner that works both IN the system and ON the system, inside the platform where our work actually happens.

Whether you manage projects or BAU work in Businessmap, this session gives you a first-hand look at what becomes possible when AI moves from a chat window to the centre of how you work.

CoP Energy | Roadmap Workshop | 1. regular Meeting The world is facing changes such as digitalization, electrification in the automotive industry, and climate change. The focus is on — energy. In this respect, alternative energy generation options are becoming increasingly important, and the industry needs to reorient itself. Projects in particular have a special role to play here — namely, to enable these necessary innovations in the first place. Projects such as that of TenneT Germany will not remain isolated cases: >>> Link to article (LinkedIn). The Community of Practice (CoP) Energy aims to focus on finding ideas and ways in which project management can help bring these changes into the energy sector.

Teil 1: Blinde Flecken sichtbar machen

Dann sei dabei!
