As a Local Group of the PMI Germany Chapter, it's important to us to warmly welcome our (new) members and keep them informed about current developments, exciting opportunities, and news from the world of project management.

The meetup is ideal for anyone who wants to get to know us and the work of the PMI Berlin Local Group: You'll learn who we are, what we organize, and how you can get involved and actively participate. At our meetings so far last year, it has become clear that our members would like to take a closer look at the PMBOK® Guide. At the next meeting, one of our participants will give a presentation on the topic of ‘Resources in the Performance Domains’ and show how these can be applied in projects in the life sciences sector.
Afterwards, we would like to initiate a discussion and exchange our own experiences and good practices.

Unclear service definitions are among the most common causes of conflicts, addenda, and delays in construction projects. Scope management is therefore much more than a contract appendix—it is a key management tool for stability, transparency, and economic project success.
