Zusammenfassung des Vortrags
Das Projektumfeld wird immer schneller, unterliegt ständigen Veränderungen, wird immer komplexer und stellt immer höhere Anforderungen an Projektfachleute. Für viele Frauen, die in Projekten arbeiten, kann dieser Druck still und leise zu Erschöpfung, vermindertem Engagement und Burnout führen.
In dieser interaktiven Sitzung untersucht Liz Hector, wie Projektfachleute nicht nur zurechtkommen, sondern erfolgreich sein können. Auf der Grundlage von emotionaler Intelligenz, praktischer Projekterfahrung und Mentoring-Erkenntnissen wird Liz Hector vermitteln, wie man sowohl auf individueller als auch auf Teamebene Resilienz aufbauen kann.
