Dear PM enthusiasts, members of PMI and friends,

Greetings and here's the invite to the next English Round Table for the project management professionals living in and around the city of Frankfurt. With this event we intend to facilitate exchange between PMs, and we will talk about Project & Program Management related topic in the Organization.

This meeting will allow you to discuss on any of the project management related topic or questions in your project, program, organization, or your day-to-day activities. Our volunteer team from the PMI Germany Chapter will be available to facilitate the discussion.

As we are an international team, the language of the event is English, and the questions can be discussed in German if required.

From Data to Decisions: How to Build Project Presentations that Inform and Influence

Project updates filled with dashboards and status metrics often overwhelm more than they inform. This session shows project management professionals how to turn complex data into clear, structured presentations that drive decisions and inspire trust. You'll learn practical techniques for structuring your message, selecting the right data, and designing slides that speak directly to what decision-makers need to know — all without needing to become a data expert. Whether you're presenting to a steering committee or updating your PMO, this session will help you craft presentations that inform, influence, and deliver impact.

Communication & Conflict – Handling Difficult Conversations with Confidence
Strong communication is at the heart of every successful project. In this 90-minute interactive session, we’ll dive into conflict resolution techniques every project manager should know — and bring them to life through Annie’s unique Bird Personas: the Mean Magpie, Avoidant Ostrich, Diligent Duck, and Effective Eagle, from her book, “The Courageous Sponsor”.

Discover how to spot different communication styles, defuse tension, and navigate challenging conversations with clarity and empathy. We'll also include a short, practical role play so you can experience how these strategies work in action.

In this study group workshop, we will dive into the technical terms of the PMI, discuss the particularly challenging candidates and put them into context - with guaranteed oha moments.
