Communication-Driven AI Agents for Next-Generation Project Management
Project management runs on communication — yet most PM tools still focus on internal data instead of integrating the real project reality that lives in emails, meetings, and chats. This talk shows how fully integrated AI assistants inside PM tools can turn live communication into timelines, risks, and decisions in real time, while keeping humans in control of what becomes the committed plan. Using real-world examples and live automation demos, we explore how communication-driven AI enables a 10× increase in project manager productivity without removing accountability.
