The world is facing changes such as digitalization, electrification in the automotive industry, and climate change. The focus is on — energy. In this respect, alternative energy generation options are becoming increasingly important, and the industry needs to reorient itself. Projects in particular have a special role to play here — namely, to enable these necessary innovations in the first place. This is the regular calendar blocker for the meetings of our Risk Management Community of Practice (CoP) within the PMI Germany Chapter e.V.

We face new challenges in projects every day. With this CoP, we want to take a "deep dive" into a wide range of topics from the broad field of project management across all industries and develop new approaches to tackling these issues, as well as publish them in presentations and articles where appropriate.

In this meeting, we want to align the next topics for our Roadmap.
