Women in Project Management – Munich Meetup

Project management is diverse, challenging, and rarely boring. At the same time, women in project management often encounter their own specific challenges, opportunities, perspectives, and successes in their daily work. At our Women@PMIGC Meetup in Munich, we would like to create an open and welcoming space for connection, peer exchange, and mutual support — informal, personal, and on equal footing. Whether you bring years of project experience, have just started in a project management role, or are simply interested in the topic: join us, meet other women from Munich’s project management community, and bring along the topics that matter to you:

• What experiences shape your day-to-day work in project management?
• How do you deal with demanding stakeholders or challenging project situations?
• Which tools, methods, or small tricks make your project work easier?
• How do you build visibility, strengthen your network, and develop your role in a project environment?
• Which current challenge or project question would you like to discuss with other women?

Practical questions and real-life project situations are especially welcome. Often, the experience and perspective of someone else can provide exactly the fresh impulse you need for your own project.
