Ein Fallbeispiel für Kanban Einführung bei BASF in Ludwigshafen

Ein Fallbeispiel für Kanban Einführung bei BASF in Ludwigshafen

Das Webinar findet auf Englisch statt

Many misconceptions surround Kanban, such as "Kanban is only for software development" or "Kanban is a team solution". This webinar challenges these notions by presenting a compelling industrial Kanban case study from BASF's Tamol Cluster, who only started their Kanban journey at the end of January 2024 and have already reached Maturity Level 2 for one of their important value streams.
These results, however, are only the beginning of a very exciting, ongoing Kanban journey. Which is why we have invited the following key people to share some insights on how it all evolved after their first meeting on 27th October 2023, less than a year ago.

The speakers:
· Josep Lluis Grau Rodriguez (Plant Manager at BASF Tamol Cluster), who felt the business pain and was eager to do something about it
· Jochen Schléger (Senior Engineering Manager at BASF), who saw the big picture early, but was still surprised when the team went live with Businessmap only 3 weeks after their first Kanban Bootcamp session
· Mark Geschke (Accredited Kanban Consultant from Xuviate), who never got tired of asking "What will you finish next?"
· Anna Radzikowska (Accredited Kanban Trainer, Chief Operating Officer, Mauvius Group Inc) as moderator.
· David Anderson (pioneer of the Kanban Method, co-author of the Kanban Maturity Model, CEO of Mauvius Group Inc) as discussion and Q&A participant
Join this webinar to find out how a Kanban journey can be kick-started. Learn how to deliver results within record time using BASF example and explore more about the Project Management with Kanban.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session, allowing attendees to engage directly with the speakers and gain further insights for their transformative journeys.
