   „ Agile project management in global product management at DWS “,
   Agile forms of collaboration continue to evolve out of the realm of pure software development.
   Dr. Matthias Liermann explains from his direct practical experience how the global teams in product management at DWS Group
   benefit from self-organized collaboration and have introduced agile practices and methods in a "Agile to Go" approach."
2. Presentation Andreas Slogar, Adaptive Businesses Transformation Expert, Deloitte Consulting
   "Successfully implementing large-scale development and transformation projects through cybernetics"
   If a company is planning a large-scale transformation or product development project involving more than 50, 150 or 250 employees, then this is what we call a complex endeavor.
   Complex because its dynamics are unpredictable. Classical project management methodologies fail because of this dynamic since they strive for control and steering through simplification.
   Through the models and principles of cybernetics, large projects with any number of participants, stakeholders and affected parties can be brought into an efficient and effective cooperation
   and thus compensate for the weaknesses of a classical project management approach.Between the presentations will be a break for your networking.

The presentations will be in German, but questions in English are welcome.
