Currently serving as Principal Technology Program Manager at Sabre Poland, she specializes in delivering API solutions for global travel clients, including airlines, agencies, and hospitality providers.​

Beyond her corporate role, Monika is a dedicated lecturer at Collegium Da Vinci, where she imparts practical knowledge in Agile methodologies, PMI standards, and advanced project management frameworks to aspiring professionals. Her commitment to mentorship is evident through her active participation in the Tech Leaders program, supporting women's advancement in the tech sector.​
