Working out Loud (WOL) for a better project management

Working out Loud (WOL) for a better project management The Local Group Berlin invites you to a chapter meeting with our chapter sponsor SONOXO.

Working out Loud (WOL) for better project management

Working Out Loud (WOL) has become more and more popular in recent years and has already been used consciously and successfully by various companies in Germany such as Bosch, BMW, Daimler and Vodafone. The focus was on the question of how employees and managers can get involved and enthusiastically contribute to a future working world and thus make a decisive contribution to the company's success.
WOL is understood as a tool to get out of silo thinking and also to build cross-functional relationships of cooperation and to share knowledge, but also to expand your mindset. WOL is used throughout the organization, especially in agile collaboration, because knowledge is consciously shared, constructive feedback is desired and the work with the respective interim results is made visible. Others can benefit from this knowledge, duplicate work and mistakes are avoided, the experiences of others enable an improved result.

It is no longer just that knowledge is power, but that sharing knowledge is power.
This process contributes to the absolute added value of an organization and beyond.

In our panel discussion series, Meike Al-Habash from the IHK Berlin, Andreas Rechter from Vodafone and the self-employed author Claudia Salowski, moderated by Stephan Wolter, PMI Germany Chapter e.V., discuss the use of WOL in an organization, but also in networks. They report on their experiences and thus give the audience an insight into where the use of WOL has an enormous and sustainable scope of action and where its limits are.
