Kick-off Risk Management Community of Practice (CoP)

In January, we will kick off the new year with the launch meeting of the Community of Practice (CoP) Risk Management within the PMI Germany Chapter e.V.!

In today’s environment, shaped by constant change, risk management is more important than ever.

It is essential to identify and actively manage new challenges and uncertainties at an early stage. An active and strong risk management approach empowers project teams and organizations to master challenges confidently and ensure sustainable success.

The focus of the kick-off will be on getting to know each other and brainstorming ideas and suggestions for shaping our CoP. Based on this exchange, we will jointly develop a roadmap for the future direction and activities of our community.

Let’s work together to:

• define the goals and direction of our CoP,
• develop exciting topics and varied formats,
• share practical workshops, tools, and templates,
• and create a framework for regular, inspiring exchange sessions.

The CoP is exclusively open to members of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V.
