LGHD: WHAT DOES THE WORLD REALLY NEED AND WHY?
Dragana Hoeser:
Products That WORK: Discovering What the World Truly Needs with Design Thinking!
An exclusive evening with the PMI Local Group Rhine-Neckar
Imagine investing time, energy, and budget into a new product or innovative solution—only to realize that in the end, nobody really needs it. Does that feeling sound familiar?
We all tend to project our own assumptions onto others. But while one person in Heidelberg might just be looking for the best ice cream, another is fighting for access to clean drinking water. The discrepancy between true needs and developed solutions is often the main reason for failed projects.
No More Blind Spots in Project Management!
In a world overflowing with methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Theory of Constraints), Project Management, development, and production are constantly fighting to stay relevant. But what good is any method if the foundation—the problem definition—is already wrong?
On this evening, you will learn from our expert how to set the crucial course:
- Typical Mistakes in Problem Definition: How well do you truly listen? Learn to think critically and analyze the situation sharply before starting the solution phase.
- Defining Requirements: No more vague wish lists! Discover why a requirement is nothing more than a crystal-clear goal and how to formulate it precisely.
- The Right Solution: How much courage for the new is in your team? We will discuss how to find the right balance between the proven and innovative experimentation.
