Jennifer Tharp, PMP, PMI Fellow, is a transformational leader and former Chair of the PMI Board of Directors. Serving nine years on the Board (2014–2024), Jennifer participated in critical initiatives, including two CEO successions, digital transformation, and global expansion, while also serving as Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Previously, she served as President of the PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. A celebrated author and UC Berkeley adjunct professor, Jennifer is President of Mastodon Consulting, specializing in governance and organizational transformation for startups and multinationals.
