Hi. I am Ilanit.

In 2003 I was forced to embark on a journey.
I knew nothing but that: It was a journey for life.

Over the years I have developed the Tripl A Principles for success through my life experience, that determines that every process of change, decision making and personal or professional success must involve Awareness Accountability & Action.

One of my favorite lectures is about tackling challenges. During lockdown due to Covid, I volunteered to give it to retirees. Strait after the lecture, someone who heard me asked if I could give it at a conference of Project Managers as well.

Truthfully?

I didn't know what project management was (although in retrospect I am a born PM), but being the risk taker I am, I spotted an opportunity, hence replied that I could certainly give a lecture. Then I went to do the research of what I got myself into, and made the necessary amendments to suite the new audience.

Feedback about my lecture was very positive, and the CEO of PMI Israel Chapter called and asked if I could also conduct a workshop. I said YES!
Things went well and very quickly I became Secretary General & Operation Manager of the chapter to this date.

I grew so much both personally & professionally in this role and for that I will be eternally grateful.
