Diversity Day 2024

Let us celebrate the 12th German Diversity Day together!!

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion … are quite the common words in every workplace today. Many companies initiate events and trainings related to these topics, make it part of their mission statement and corporate values or even create a dedicated DEI organizational unit to show that this is very important for them and their projects. Irrespective of DEI events, trainings, values and mission statements, there are situations where bias gets on top of the table, especially the unconscious bias.

So, on this 12th German Diversity Day, Martin Bertram, member of the board, PMI-GC, will help us reach consensus in handling our unconscious bias effectively. We would also love to hear your experiences with such situations and the measures you took to address them.

This event will be held in German. This will be a free online event via Microsoft Teams and the invite link will be emailed to the registered participants one day before the event.
