Is the term still relevant, or have we already arrived in the 'post-agile' era?

The joint conference 'Project management and process models' deals with questions from practice and science on the current status of process models in IT projects, with new leadership ideas, but also with the use of AI in project organization. Practitioners and scientists exchange ideas in presentations and workshops.

Program

The conference begins with a rousing keynote speech that sets the mood for the upcoming program items. This will be followed by exciting presentations that have successfully passed the rigorous review process. Immerse yourself in the latest findings and developments in your specialist field.
In addition, the Future Track offers a glimpse into the future. Here, experts will present discussion papers that will be discussed in a lively exchange with the audience. Practical reports reflect experiences from real projects.
In addition to the specialist program, you have the opportunity to take part in the integrated training program and gain knowledge from experts.

On the first evening (20.11.2025), an evening event with a guided tour and dinner will be organized.
