We are delighted to introduce Deputy Mayor Ms. Jansen as our key speaker for the day. As Head of the Department for Social Affairs, Education, Family, and Equal Opportunities, she plays a key role in shaping the social development of the City of Heidelberg.

In this session Ms. Jansen will take us behind the scenes of local politics and city administration. She will share practical insights into how sustainable projects in Heidelberg are brought to life—from the initial idea and strategic planning through to successful implementation.
