This session provides an introduction to project cost management based on the PMBOK Guide. It focuses on the four main processes: Plan Cost Management, Estimate Costs, Determine Budget, and Control Costs. The session concludes with a look at the practical application of these processes in real-world projects.

Risk management in the PMP framework, as outlined in the PMBOK Guide, involves identifying, analyzing, and responding to project risks to minimize their impact.
