The presentation will be held in English.
2. Topic: Project Collaboration Augmented – Agents as Your Smartest Team Members
Collaboration in project management is facing a fundamental transformation. Intelligent agents no longer just take over repetitive tasks – they analyze data in real-time, automatically generate reports, and dynamically coordinate tasks. They act as smart, data-driven team members that do not replace human decisions but rather specifically complement and reinforce them. The result: faster decisions, clearer priorities, and more efficient workflows.
Jeremías Iglesias is responsible for the implementation of project management frameworks and PPM tools at the European Central Bank (ECB). In his presentation, he will share his perspective on the impact of digitalization on project roles, methods, and tools. He will raise central questions: What role could a PMO take on in an increasingly digital landscape? How might project methodologies adapt? And what changes are to be expected for PPM tools?
Deloitte, represented by Nina Weber (Manager Consulting Methods & Tools function), Michela Faller (Director Technology & Transformation), and Franz Odekerken (Senior Manager Technology & Transformation), complements this perspective with cross-industry insights and illustrates how AI-powered agents specifically change projects
- Where are they already making a difference today?
- Which processes have been rethought?
- And what challenges must be anticipated?
Using concrete examples, we will present agent solutions and tools that are successfully used in practice, highlighting how they are transforming project work. We will address questions such as:
- What truly works in practice?
- Where are the potential pitfalls?
- And how does this change collaboration within the project team?
Following the presentations, we invite you to an open discussion. Together, we want to explore: What potential do you see? What questions remain unanswered? And what could a future look like where humans and machines collaborate as a true team?
Attendees will receive 2 PDUs.
