At our meetings so far this year, it has become clear that our members would like to take a closer look at the PMBOK® Guide. At the next meeting, one of our participants will give a presentation on the topic of ‘Stakeholders in the Performance Domains’ and show how these can be applied in projects in the life sciences sector.
Afterwards, we would like to initiate a discussion and exchange our own experiences and good practices.

In January, we will kick off the new year with the launch meeting of the Community of Practice (CoP) Risk Management within the PMI Germany Chapter e.V.!
