Traveling by Train
Destination station: Take a regional or long-distance train to the Böblingen station.
S-Bahn/Regional Train: From Stuttgart Central Station, you can reach Böblingen directly via S-Bahn lines S1 (toward Herrenberg) or S60, as well as various regional trains (e.g., toward Singen or Freudenstadt). The travel time from Stuttgart Central Station is approximately 20–25 minutes.
Getting from Böblingen Station to the HHZ
From Böblingen Station, you have two options for getting to the HHZ in the Diezenhalde neighborhood:
By bus (recommended): Take bus line 701 (toward Diezenhalde). Get off at the Böblingen Danziger Straße stop.
The HHZ is located right next to the stop (about a 1–2-minute walk). The total travel time from the station is about 10–12 minutes.
By the Schönbuchbahn (RB 46): Take the Schönbuchbahn to the Böblingen Süd stop.
From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the HHZ (approx. 1.2 km uphill).
Traveling by car via the A81
Exit the A81 at junction (24) Böblingen/Sindelfingen or (25) Böblingen-Ost.
Follow the signs toward Böblingen Zentrum and then toward Böblingen-Diezenhalde.
The HHZ is located in the southern district of Diezenhalde. Once within the city limits, follow Schönaicher Straße and then turn onto Danziger Straße.
