About the topic:
Why do some teams seem to function effortlessly, whilst others constantly fail to work together effectively despite having skilled staff? Often, the cause lies less in professional competence than in the unseen dynamics within the team.
This talk explores the factors that truly shape teamwork: understanding of roles, communication, trust, conflict management and leadership. Through vivid real-life examples, it illustrates how team dynamics emerge and how managers and teams can actively shape them.
An inspiring talk for anyone who wants to understand why teamwork is sometimes more complicated than planned and how it can be made to work better.
