This session opens with a guest who is no stranger in our Flight Levels Community: Lukas Schmidt starts us off with a short intro: how you depict and connect a Flight Levels Work-System Topology (WST) on a Businessmap whiteboard.
Flight Level 3 is the part that does not fit a standard board. Strategy work is not linear: it wants something much more free-flowing, and a whiteboard gives you exactly that. The Flight Level 3 board becomes a narrative you can actually depict, and that narrative is the "S" in SOFI: the stories you pull your outcomes from, before those outcomes turn into flight items. (OKRA - Objectives, Key Results, Actions - is the older Flight Levels depiction of the same idea, and all of those parts can be shown in Businessmap.)
Bring a question or a topic you'd like the group's take on.
See you there.

This Month’s Focus Book: Agentic Artificial Intelligence by Pascal Bornet
Presenter: Richa Agarwal—AI/ML Transformation Leader | Project Manager | AI Service Delivery Specialist | PMI-SME | Women in Projects Network
Event Description
In this edition of the Nexus of Learning Book Club, we use Agentic Artificial Intelligence by Pascal Bornet as a springboard to explore a much bigger question: How should project leaders operate when AI systems are no longer just tools but autonomous collaborators?
Why this book for this event?
Agentic AI represents the next phase of digital transformation. Many organizations are already experimenting with generative AI, but very few are structurally prepared for systems that can reason, plan, trigger workflows, and operate with semi-autonomy. This book was selected because it shifts the conversation from AI as a capability to AI as a transformation catalyst that reshapes governance, delivery models, and leadership accountability.
You will leave with enterprise-level insights, applied perspectives, and a clearer understanding of how to lead confidently in a world where AI is becoming increasingly autonomous.

Entscheidungen scheitern.

Flight Levels® Flight Club - Businessmap #5: The future of Flight Levels and Businessmap
This session opens with none other than Klaus Leopold himself, the creator of Flight Levels, who starts us off with a short intro on some of the latest developments in Flight Levels and how they translate into practice.
The future of Flight Levels and Businessmap. AI is changing how organisations work, and Flight Levels are evolving with it. A lot has happened in the industry over the past year, so it is a good moment to bring those threads together.
