In times of constant change, we need new ideas, practical tools, and a strong network. That is exactly what the Risk Management Community of Practice (CoP) at PMI Germany Chapter offers: a space for exchanging best practices in risk management, sharing practical tools and real lessons learned. In the new year, we will launch with a virtual kick-off meeting, where brainstorming ideas for shaping our CoP and getting to know our members will be our main focus. Based on this, we will jointly develop a roadmap for the future direction of the CoP and its activities. Join us and help create an active platform for successful risk management!
