We are pleased to welcome Mr. Kamil Mroz as our guest speaker, who will present on the topic “Agile in Drug Development.”
Mr. Mroz has led global initiatives at world-leading pharmaceutical companies such as GSK and UCB. He has built high-impact capabilities, advised top management, and significantly shaped PMOs. In his presentation, he will share inspiring insights into the agile transformation of organizations in the life sciences environment.

Following this, we are planning our regular meeting, “Roundtable 8,” on January 29, 2026.
During this session, we would like to take a closer look at the new PMBOK® Guide – 8th Edition together and derive important lessons learned for projects in the life sciences sector. Our regular meetings also serve as a platform for networking among project managers in this field.

Over the past year, the members of CoP Life Sciences actively contributed to shaping our meetings.
