This interactive session empowers women to strategically close the gaps that hinder professional growth — the visibility gap (why some get recognition and others don't) and the perceived capability gap (often internalized, especially among women, despite real expertise).
Using the proven 4P personal branding framework — Persona, Purpose, Positioning, and Presence — this workshop will guide participants in defining, expressing, and elevating their brand for greater recognition, confidence, and career momentum.
