On 10 July 2026, the PMI Germany Chapter and the GPM Stuttgart Regional Group will jointly host a high-profile PM Day in Stuttgart. The event will bring together project management professionals, executives, PMO leaders, agile practitioners, and change and transformation managers to discuss current developments and emerging trends in project management.

One of the highlights of the event will be an interview featuring the presidents of Germany’s two leading project management associations:

• Prof. Dr. Peter Thuy, President of GPM e.V.
• Wolfgang Friesike, President of PMI Germany Chapter e.V.

The discussion will be moderated by Prof. Steffen Scheurer and will provide participants with valuable insights into the future of project management as well as the perspectives and priorities of both organizations.
