The Community of Practice (CoP) Power Skills of the PMI Germany Chapter is launching two new formats, Inspire Session and Kurskorrektur, for professional exchange and specific challenges from everyday project work.
Inspire Session: Perspectives from inside and outside the Chapter
In the Inspire Sessions, CoP members select topics that are relevant to them. Speakers from within the Chapter as well as external experts* share their experience and perspectives on these topics.
The first Inspire Session will take place on 2 November from 7 to 8 p.m. with Janine Faaß, Team Lead Project Management & PMO at Zeppelin Rental GmbH. She will discuss how artificial intelligence is changing the roles of project management and Project Management Offices (PMOs) and why communication is becoming increasingly important. The session will also provide time for questions and discussion.
Janine Faaß will also be a speaker at the PM-Summit 2026 in Düsseldorf.
The Inspire Session takes place online and is open to members of the PMI Germany Chapter as well as other interested participants.

Kurskorrektur: Finding solutions for projects together
With the new Kurskorrektur format, the CoP Power Skills focuses on real projects that have gone off track. In each session, one participant brings a real case that the group discusses in a confidential setting.
The 60-minute session is not recorded, and no names are documented. Details of the cases discussed remain confidential. The aim is to identify two or three concrete lessons that you can apply to your own project work.
Kurskorrektur takes place online every third Friday of the month at 1:30 p.m. If you would like to bring your own case, contact cop-powerskills@pmi-gc.de.
