A webinar in English with author Teodora Bozheva on increasing project success with Kanban Project, Program and Portfolio Management (KPPM).

In today's fast-paced and ever-changing business environment, project managers face the constant challenge of delivering projects successfully while adapting to changes and demands. Kanban Project, Program and Portfolio Management (KPPM) is becoming increasingly important as a solution to these needs. It is important to emphasize that KPPM is not an alternative to traditional PM methods, but complements and improves them.

KPPM is based on the principles of Kanban, a visual management tool originally developed for manufacturing and later adapted for knowledge work. It focuses on managing project and service workflows and aims to significantly improve project success rates. KPPM scales naturally, enabling the management of projects, programs and portfolios without introducing unnecessary complexity or bureaucracy. The approach encourages starting where you are and seeking improvement through evolutionary change.

Especially in the area of multi-project management, KPPM shows its strengths by enabling improved coordination between different projects. It also promotes leadership at all levels of the organization and lays the foundation for a stronger culture of collaboration and a focused alignment to the business purpose.

The PMI Germany Chapter is pleased to announce that we have managed to get Teodora Bozheva, author of the KPPM method, to give us a brief overview and then answer your questions. Mathias Tölken of Xuviate, himself a Kan-ban and KPPM expert, will moderate the conversation.
