Projekte erfolgreich starten mit einem Design Sprint

You have an idea for a project that can advance your business, but you are still unsure whether it really has a real chance of success? So how can you test whether your idea is feasible in just a few days and with your own resources?

This is exactly where the Design Sprint method comes into play. In this meeting we will demonstrate the implementation of a Design Sprint in the creative environment of the Erlebniswerkstatt Essen. Experience for yourself what New Work can look like!

The Design Sprint is about finding out in a short time whether an idea is marketable and testing how your customers react to the project result.

The investment in time and people is marginal compared to a direct implementation in the form of a project. If an idea is accepted in a sprint, the first step towards successful implementation has already been taken with the prototype that has already been developed.

There is a clearly structured procedure to optimally test your idea with a Design Sprint.



 

In the workshop itself, Gudrun Kelp and Stefan Wozny show you the structure of the Design Sprint and which people are necessary for it.

Using short practical examples, they will show you how to set up and run a Design Sprint in your company.

At the end of the workshop you will know

• how you can use a Design Sprint to introduce your ideas into the company, to test them quickly and to be able to decide which ideas you should pursue further in projects
• what kind of team composition you need for a Design Sprint and how you can build your team with internal resources to directly start your own Sprint
• When and how you can run a Design Sprint in 3 days instead of 5, so that you have the possibility to test even faster and with less costs.

You can look forward to methods and exercises from practice for practice, as well as to a lively exchange with the other participants on site.
