LG Dresden: project canvas
LG Dresden invites you to a presentation: Project Canvas
Understanding project mandates together and launching projects successfully
- in German -
The Project Canvas is a powerful tool for the structured clarification of project mandates. It helps teams quickly and easily develop a shared understanding of a project's goals, scope, parameters, and expectations.
The Project Canvas offers an uncomplicated entry point into project work, particularly for organizations and teams with limited project management experience. Its clear structure allows the key aspects of a project to be visualized and discussed collaboratively in a short amount of time.
During this evening session, we will work interactively on concrete project ideas and questions raised by the participants. Together, we will experience how the Project Canvas is applied and the added value it offers for project preparation and mandate clarification.
The Project Canvas is particularly well-suited for start-ups, associations, NGOs and change initiatives, though it can be used just as successfully in traditional corporate projects.
Participants will:
• learn about the structure and application of the Project Canvas
• understand the key elements of structured mandate clarification
• develop a shared understanding of project goals and parameters
• experience the practical application of the Project Canvas using their own examples
• acquire an easy-to-use method for project preparation in their own professional environments
