Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of BMW motorcycle production! The 130-minute Extended Tour takes you on an exclusive journey of discovery through the BMW Group Plant Berlin, offering exciting behind-the-scenes insights into one of the world's most modern motorcycle factories.
Experience the innovative logistics center, take a look inside the assembly halls, and watch as thousands of individual parts are transformed into genuine BMW motorcycles. A special highlight of the Extended Tour is the exclusive visit to the mechanical manufacturing area.
Tradition meets high-tech in the historic mechanical manufacturing building. Here, around 4,000 engine components are produced daily using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. Follow a component’s journey from initial machining to the finished product and discover innovative technologies—such as virtualization, data science, and artificial intelligence—that are shaping the manufacturing of today and tomorrow.
Learn firsthand how nearly all components for BMW motorcycles—including parts for electric motors—are manufactured at the Berlin plant. Follow the entire production process and gain unique insights into precision, quality, and innovative strength.
This tour is a must for anyone who loves motorcycles, is passionate about technology, and wants to experience the full scope of BMW motorcycle production.
Important information regarding your visit to the Berlin plant:
1. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to participate in the tour.
2. The tour of the Berlin plant is accessible to wheelchair users.
3. To ensure a complete tour experience, audio guides with headphones are provided. Wearing the headphones is mandatory. If you are unable to wear headphones for health reasons, please contact the booking center prior to your visit to the plant. 4. The tour is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with electronic medical implants (e.g., pacemakers, insulin pumps, etc.), as electromagnetic radiation is used in certain areas, which can cause heart rhythm disturbances in those with implants. If this applies to you and you were unaware of it at the time of booking, you may cancel your ticket free of charge.
Getting There
We recommend traveling to the meeting point at BMW Motorrad Welt via public transport. The "Zitadelle" subway station is just a short walk away. Public parking is available on Zitadellenweg.
Motorcycle groups may park their motorcycles directly in the Motorrad Welt parking lot.

PMI members pay a reduced rate of €15.00; this price appears automatically upon registration and entry of the PMI ID number during booking.
Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer (please allow 3 days for processing bank transfers). Early registration is therefore recommended.
