Online Event LG Darmstadt - Elegance Or VUCA? A Pointy Point-of-View with Robert Snyder

This acronym VUCA: volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. We hear this term more because it describes many of our work environments. And many of us are surrendering to VUCA.
This session encourages the opposite, i.e., that you can combat and can solve VUCA. Solving VUCA requires that you discontinue certain legacy mindsets and practices that you might hold sacred. Solving VUCA requires that you adopt mindsets and practices inspired outside the conventional spaces of I.T. These inspirations convert cultures of low discipline and empathy into cultures of high discipline and empathy – in a word, Elegance.
This session explains the culture traits for Elegance and for VUCA. The language, tools, habits, and the call-to-action are not squishy. This session shares a pointy point-of-view so that you can be at peace whether you surrender to VUCA, whether you pursue Elegance, and everything in between.
