CoP Life Sciences Roadmap Workshop

The Community of Practice (CoP) Life-Sciences, a working group of dedicated members of the PMI-German Chapter, would like to invite you to their workshop event.

At our first event, the kick-off meeting on 22.02.2024, we reached a significant milestone by presenting our vision to 15 participants. We held a small exercise there for our future brainstorming sessions and have already received 27 extremely valuable responses.

For example, the following focus topics were highlighted:
• AI
• Leadership and working with interdisciplinary teams
• Minimum documentation related to Regulatory and Timelines
• Validation processes
• Agile in Pharma/Biotech
• Line vs. Project- and Program-Management Matrix organization

We took this as a basis and developed it further for the roadmap workshop. We would like to present this revised map to you and collect further ideas. We would also like to condense which focus topics should be pursued by working groups in order to be able to offer exciting events, topical seminars and publications.

Our CoP is currently made up of project managers from the pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory technology and medical technology sectors and is looking for new committed members.
