Business Case Cloud

When companies decide to migrate their IT to the cloud, they have to analyse various investment aspects. The question is often asked whether this investment - in addition to all the enthusiasm for the technology - will also pay off.

In his presentation, Christian Rohrbeck will address precisely this topic. Using a business case, he shows whether and how a move of the IT infrastructure and the application software to the cloud is worthwhile.

According to our speaker's experience, these questions should be clarified when considering the economic viability in the run-up to a cloud migration:

• How will a cloud infrastructure be billed later?
• What does managed services mean or what is needed for?
• What skillsets are needed in the cloud?
• What expenses will be incurred for the migration of applications?
