Scope management in construction: Between expectations, contracts, and reality
Unclear service definitions are among the most common causes of conflicts, addenda, and delays in construction projects. Scope management is therefore much more than a contract appendix—it is a key management tool for stability, transparency, and economic project success.
In this webinar, you will learn how to systematically define, control, and organize scope. We will highlight typical challenges in everyday project work and show how governance, role clarification, and change control help to reduce risks and manage projects safely.
This webinar will help you:
- Understand scope as a key control lever in projects
- Consciously manage the relationships between performance, costs, and deadlines
- Identify typical scope risks at an early stage
- Clearly structure governance and responsibilities
- Take away practical approaches to scope control
