AI Literacy in Project Management: Understanding Ethical Principles

As artificial intelligence reshapes the way we work, project managers face a critical challenge: not just how to manage AI-enabled projects, but how to do so ethically and responsibly.
Join us for an engaging online forum exploring “AI Literacy in Project Management: Understanding Ethical Principles.” This free, interactive session will explore the foundational concepts of AI ethics and highlight why AI literacy is quickly becoming a core competency for project professionals.
Why does this matter? AI systems often operate in opaque, data-driven, and continually evolving ways, raising essential questions about bias, accountability, transparency, and impact. As a project leader, you don’t need to be a data scientist, but you do need to understand the ethical context in which these systems are developed and deployed.
Whether you’re managing AI projects directly or supporting teams that do, this session will help you gain clarity on:
-
The relevance of ethical frameworks in AI projects
-
Key risks to be aware of during project planning and delivery
-
How project managers can promote responsible innovation
This forum is open to professionals across industries and experience levels. Bring your curiosity and questions as we shape the future of responsible project leadership together.
