During my recent holiday I read the book “Surrounded by Idiots” by Thomas Erikson, which explores personality types and communication styles using the DISC model.

This inspired the idea for our discussion:
How can we adapt our communication to different personality types in project environments?

Together we will exchange theoretical perspectives and practical experiences:

• How do personality models help us understand team dynamics?

• Can tools like DISC improve stakeholder communication?

• What strategies work best when collaborating with different personality styles?

Whether you are familiar with these models or just curious about them, this will be a great opportunity to share insights, experiences, and questions with fellow project managers.
