(M-)Eine agile Reise ins UnbekannteWas passiert, wenn man eine Transformation einer Organisation zu einer agilen Organisation mit einer Reise nach Uganda vergleicht? In der Session wollen wir besprechen, welche wilden Tiere, kulturellen Unterschiede und auch Erkenntnisse einem begegnen, wenn man in eine fremde, neue (agile) Kultur eintaucht. Was ist schon bei der Planung eines solchen Abenteuers wichtig? Z.B. Welches Budget haben wir? Wer wird uns begleiten? Wann fliegen wir los? Was müssen wir mitnehmen? Wer muss über unseren Plan informiert werden?... Angela wird ihre Reflexionsgedanken zum Thema teilen und bildlich mit ihren Erlebnissen in Uganda vorstellen.
