Mayday! Mayday! Decision-making under Duress

Similarly, today, business leaders and executives operate in a turbulent business environment, marked by geo-political crises, changing marketplace conditions, technological breakthroughs that dirupt industries, and more. Consequently, the ability to make critical decisions under duress, i.e. scenarios where stakes are high and the consequences of decisions far-reaching is not longer a nice-to-have, but a key leadership trait. This talk will introduce leading decision-making frameworks used by pilots and aviation professionals to help you navigate uncertainty, manage risk and ensure effective action, especially during Mayday scenarios.
