Description

The workshop is a mixture of theoretical input on the meaning of the individual steps and the practical implementation of your own steps. Each workshop phase ends with an exchange between the participants.

The aim of the workshop is to enable participants to know the components of a goal and to consistently incorporate them into their own formulations. The participants also receive a handout that accompanies them in the tasks in the workshop and can also provide orientation/instructions for action for the future.
